SPCC History

Founded in 1986

Smith Pierce Construction Company (SPCC) began it's journey as David Smith Construction Company in 1986, as a sole proprietor, specializing in commercial drywall, metal stud framing and acoustical ceilings. In 1992, David Smith incorporated and joined in a partnership with Bill Pierce to create Smith Pierce Construction Company. Bill Pierce retired and sold his interest in the company to David Smith. David Smith is now sole owner of SPCC. Over the past 20 years David Smith has built a company based on quality, integrity and trust. In 2000 SPCC added the Industrial Department, which handles plant work, fabrication work and work with property management groups to supply maintenance service to their broad client base. In 2005 SPCC opened its newest division, Texas Steel Homes. This state of the art home brings ingenuity, efficiency and old fashioned quality that has not been seen since the good ole' days. SPCC builds the home that pays back. Year after year SPCC has had a continued and steady growth due to its commitment to quality, trust and it's valued client base.
